The Mandalorian Beskar Armor challenges: armor locations, variants, more

Season 5 of Fortnite is celebrating the rogues of the world, specifically bounty hunters, with a battle pass worth of skins and a brand new bounty system.

Of course, the most celebrated bounty hunter present in the new season is The Mandalorian, the titular character in Disney+'s Star Wars series that is currently in its second season.

Players will unlock The Mandorlian skin when they reach level 100 in their battle pass, but above and beyond that, players can also unlock the Beksar Armor through a series of challenges or quests.

Now, this is more time consuming than last season's Iron Man unlocks so we have put together a guide to help you out.

To get access to the quests it important that you level up your battle pass, not only does The Mandalorian unlock at level 100, whenever you unlock another character you will get access to Beskar quests.

Beskar quests messions:

• Battle pass tier 1:  Mandalorian
• Batte pass tier 15: Reese
• Battle pass tier 29: Mancake
• Battle pass tier 41: Mave
• Battle pass tier 60: Kondor
• Battle pass tier 73: Lexa
• Battle pass tier 83: Menace
• Battle pass ter 90: Mandalorian (clothing)

Each time you unlock a skin you will also gain access to a mission, some involve completing bounties, others simply sourcing a piece of the armor in a set location.

Here is how to complete each.

Note you can complete these in whichever order you wish.

Visit the Razor Crest ship

Unlocked at Tier 1 this is simple. Visit The Mandalorian's ship located south of Colossal Coliseum.

Earn 3 different weapon specialist accolades during the same match

The second piece you can unlock is tier 15.

The easiest way to do this is by playing the Team Rumble game mode. You need to earn three different weapon specialist accolades during the same match.

Getting accolades isn't particularly difficult and involves dealing between 150-250hp depending on the class of weapon.

Collect 500 gold bars

This challenge, unlocked at tier 29, asks you to collect 500 gold bars, one of the newest additions to Fortnite. Gold bars can be found in chests, eliminating opponents in the battle royale mode, killing AI henchmen or bosses, or completing the newly introduced bounties.

Find Beskar steel in the belly of the Shark

This Mandalorian challenge, unlocked at tier 41, is more traditional in its approach. Find a piece of Beksar steel - it's located at the Shark, the island north of Coral Castle.

Defeat Ruckus

One of the trickiest challenges to complete is the tier 60 one. It involves taking out Ruckus, an NPC boss that roams around the factory between Slurpy Swamp and Misty Meadows.

Find Beskar steel where the earth meets the sky

It doesn't take a genius to work this one out but incase you are struggling this mission tasks you with going to the very highest point on the Fortnite map... y'know where the earth meets the sky?

Complete a Legendary Quest

Next up is completing a legendary quest, now these quests will change throughout the weeks. The best way to find which ones you have available is go to the main lobby, head to the Quests tab and sort by Rarity.

Complete a bounty

This one is hard or easy depending on your skill level - complete a bounty on a fellow player. Go up to an NPC and request a bounty. Once you have done that you will be given a target and general location. Eliminate the target and you will unlock the Mandalorian's helmet.

And this is what the Mandalorian will look like equipped with that Beskar Armor. It's a pretty stellar skin and well worth the effort, and once you have completed the challenges you will be a true bounty hunter.
