Fortnite's Chapter 5 Season 1 update has brought with it Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid's iconic protagonist. Those who have purchased this season's Battle Pass will now be able to unlock Snake as a playable skin, as well as receive access to a range of special Solid Snake quests.

Finding Solid Snake can be tricky. So, to save yourself from running all over the island pointlessly, here's his exact location.

Solid Snake can be found on an island to the very north of Lavish Lair. You'll spot him walking around the area. Interact with Solid Snake to receive the following options:

• Purchase Cardboard Box
• Purchase EMP Stealth Camo
• Hire him as a companion

Depending on the pathing of the Battle Bus, this small island can get populated fast - so make sure you're well equipped before you idle by talking to him.
