Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4: Where To Find Shield Breaker EMP

Players have now had a bit of time to get accustomed to Fortnite's latest season, Chapter 4 Season 4. Titled "Last Resort," this season centers around the theme of infiltration, with a number of new POIs cropping up for players to break into and explore.

As part of this theme, a variety of new weapons and items have been added into Fortnite to assist players with their infiltrations such as the Infiltrator Pump Shotgun and the Rocket Ram. But some items have been added that have a more tactical purpose, such as the Shield Breaker EMP.

How Does The Shield Breaker EMP Work In Fortnite?

The Shield Breaker EMP is one of those items that might not seem immediately useful but, under the right circumstances, can cause some serious trouble. It's main purpose is to damage enemy Shields and disable electrical systems — such as cameras, turrets, and laser grids. In addition to this, they can also bring vehicles to a complete stop, meaning you can quickly halt an opponents getaway.

To use the Shield Breaker EMP, players will simply need to throw it down onto the floor like any other throwable items. Of course, it works best when aimed at the opponent or electrical items you wish to disrupt.

Where To Find Shield Breaker EMPs In Fortnite?

If you're looking to make use of the new Shield Breaker EMP in Fortnite then you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one. These items can be found  as Ground Loot, in Chests, and from the new Heist Bags.

The Shield Breaker EMP isn't the only new items that's been added into Fortnite. Players can also get their hands on the Sticky Grenade Launcher, allowing you to fire projectiles that stick to nearly every surface. After a short delay, the grenades will explode, destroying nearby enemies and structures.
