Fortnite Winterfest 2022: Date, Christmas Presents, Outfits, More

Fortnite Winterfest is one of the major events in the game that is focused on celebrating the holiday season as well as opening loads of in-game presents! Epic Games has already announced one for the year 2022 as well, and we have the complete details about it, including its start date, time, new Islands, the rewards you will be getting, and much more. Here is everything you need to know about  Fortnite Winterfest 2022.

Fortnite Winterfest 2022 Start Date and Time

Winterfest 2022 will begin on December 13 at 9 AM ET and will run till January 3, 9 AM ET and will offer free rewards to all the players every day.

First of all, you can go to the Winterfest Lodge to unwrap a present daily for 14 days starting from December 13, 9:15 AM ET and you will be able to get a total of 17 items that include two Outfits, two Gliders, two Wraps, three Lobby Tracks, three Sprays, plus a Back Bling, Pickaxe, Contrail, Emote, and Emoticon. Not to mention that they are all free, and while Epic has not revealed all of these rewards, two of them will be Arctic Adeline Outfit and Sled Ready Guff Outfit.

Snowball Launchers will also be unvaulted, which you can use in Battle Royale/Zero Build to throw snowballs and Holiday Presents that you can open to get loot. These take Rocket Launcher's place during Winterfest 2022, and in addition to this, you will also find Sgt. Winter roaming around on the Island while throwing presents for players.

In addition to this, a few weeks ago, Epic asked players to submit their Islands and announced that they will feature the best ones during Winterfest 2022, and they have been available for you to explore in Winterfest Discover row till the event ends. 

Apart from this, you will get one more cute Santa outfit for free called Guff Gringle Outfit, and you can redeem it by launching the game from Epic Games Store and then going to the Item Shop.

Not only this, but the players who log into Fortnite anytime during the event will receive Chill-la-la-Llama Back Bling as soon as they enter the game.

The list of free presents does not end here, as you will also be receiving a free Curling Iron Emote for playing the game with five different friends during Winterfest 2022, and the rewards will be distributed to players starting around January 6.

Two winter-themed outfits, including Snowdancer and Cozy Knit Jones, will also be making their way to the store during the event.

Last but not least, you will also be able to complete Winterfest-themed "This Week" weekly quests for XP. There will be two sets of these quests, and the first will run from December 13 (9 AM ET) to December 20 (9 AM ET), while the second will run from December 20 (9 AM ET) to December 27 (9 AM ET).
