Forza Horizon 5 Guanajuato Holiday Tree: Location, Holiday Spirit photo challenge and rewards

Forza Horizon 5 has rolled out the Autumn/Storm Season for its Festival Playlist Series 2, bringing new in-game seasonal changes and new content for players to explore. It includes seasonal challenges and missions to complete across Mexico, as well as new rewards for you to unlock.

One of these challenges is a photo challenge in which you will need to locate a huge Christmas tree somewhere on the map to earn seasonal rewards. We detail how you can locate it in Forza Horizon 5, how to complete the photo challenge and more.

How to find the Guanajuato holiday tree in Forza Horizon 5?

The town of Guanajuato is the largest town on the Forza Horizon 5 map. It can be found on the northern side of the map; the holiday tree itself is outside the Basílica Colegiata de Nuestra Señora de Guanajuato. You will see a yellow building with a holiday tree in front of the building.

After locating the tree, drive towards it to trigger the Accolade and other challenges attached to this festive display. This includes a photo challenge from the Festival Playlist Series 2 list, which can reward you with some festive rewards upon completion.

How to complete the #HolidaySpirit photo challenge?

Before locating the holiday tree in Guanajuato, you will need to first read up about the challenge, which can be accessed from the Festival Playlist menu under the Autumn season tab. This challenge requires players to snap a picture with the holiday tree and a specific car, the 2002 Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type-A.

This car is around 30,000 CR from the Autoshow if you haven’t purchased it yet or acquired the car from the Wheelspins, Super Wheelspins or Auctions. Before driving out to the town, make sure you’re in the car which can be done from the Garage under “My Cars” and select the car at a Horizon Festival or a Player House.

Instead, you can change cars along any of the scenic streets of Mexico. Go to the pause menu and scroll down to the Cars tab. Select the "Switch Car" option, browse for the 2002 Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type-A and switch the cars here.
