All the new rewards for Genshin Impact 2.4 Lantern Rite Festival

Genshin Impact’s 2.4 update is now available, as players are now preparing themselves to enjoy everything the Lantern Rite Festival has to offer. A slightly different variation of last year’s festival, this time there are new challenges and features added to the festival.

While the theme of the celebration is still present with the new Lantern Rite Festival, it will be centred around Ningguang and its featured event, so here are all the new events and rewards that are added to the Lantern Rite Festival.

May Fortune Find You event

Currently active in Genshin Impact, the “May Fortune Find You” is the festival’s daily login event in which you will earn free rewards just by signing into the game. You will need to log in for seven days to earn various rewards assigned to each particular day.

• Day 1: Intertwined Fate ×1
• Day 2: Mora ×80,000
• Day 3: Intertwined Fate ×2
• Day 4: Mystic Enhancement Ore ×1
• Day 5: Intertwined Fate ×2
• Day 6: Hero's Wit ×8
• Day 7: Intertwined Fate x5

You will only need to hold Adventure Rank 5 or higher to qualify for these rewards. The “May Fortune Find You” event concludes on 9th January 2022 so collect those login rewards daily.

Fleeting Colors in Flight event

This is the festival’s featured event which is divided into several smaller events, namely Flameplume Starflowers, Wonderous Shadows, The Great Gathering and Oceanic Defender, where Travelers can earn fantastic rewards. To participate in this event, Travelers will need to have met the following criteria:

• Hold Adventure Rank 28 and higher
• Complete Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III "A New Star Approaches”
• Complete Archon Quest Interlude Chapter: Act I "The Crane Returns on the Wind"

During “The Moon’s Comely Brow", if Travelers have met all the requirements, they will earn Ningguang’s Orchid’s Evening Gown outfit. Additionally, throughout the Lantern Rite Festival, Travelers will be rewarded with Affluence, Immaculate and Conquest Talismans.

These talismans can be exchanged for any 4-star Liyue character, including the update's latest character, Yun Jin, through the “Prosperous Partnership” event. If you wish to exchange them for something else, you can do so for either Crown of Insight, Fireworks or the festival-exclusive item, Lantern Rite Furnishing Blueprints.

The “Fleeting Colors in Flight” event will start on 25th January 2022 and conclude on 12th February 2022. The Flameplume Starflowers min-event is one of many that will need to be completed during the Fleeting Colors in Flight event

Flowing Lights and Colors

This Lantern Rite Gifts event will gift players several rewards that will be available until the end of the 2.4 update. Some of the event’s rewards include Fragile Resin, Intertwined Fate and Mora however, no Primogems.

These rewards have been allocated on the following days which Travelers can log in to receive, You are only required to be an Adventure Rank 2 and higher to earn these festival gifts.

• 9th February 2022: Intertwined Fate ×1, Golden Crab ×5, Sanctifying Unction ×6
• 10th February 2022: Fragile Resin ×1, Tianshu Meat ×5, Hero's Wit ×5
• 11th February 2022: Intertwined Fate ×1, Guide to Diligence ×3, Mystic Enhancement Ore ×10
• 12th February 2022: Fragile Resin ×1, Guide to Gold ×3, Mora ×50,000
• 13th February 2022: Intertwined Fate ×1, Guide to Prosperity ×3, Sanctifying Unction ×6

The “Flowing Lights and Colors” event begins on 9th January 2022 (when the “May Fortune Find You” event ends) as the event comes to an end on the final day of the 2.4 update. The date has yet to be announced.

These are all the new rewards that you can look forward to during the Lantern Rite Festival arriving in the New Year. May good fortunes find all players when the 2.4 update launches on 5th January 2022.
