Genshin Impact Genius Invokation Requirements

Before you can unlock the Genius Invokation TCG, you will need to meet some requirements. If you don't meet these requirements, you won't be able to enter The Cat's Tail (more on this in another section of this article).

First off, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 32. The second requirement is that you need to have the "Song of Dragon and Freedom" Archon Quest (Prologue Act III) completed in full. Most players who have already adventures in Mondstadt a bit would have completed this eight-part questline.

How to Unlock Genius Invokation TCG in Genshin Impact

After you've reached the requirements, you can now unlock the Genius Invokation TCG in Genshin Impact. To do so, follow the steps below.

• Download and install the Genshin Impact 3.3 update.
• Launch the game.
• Head to the events tab and select the Battlefield of Dice, Cats and Cards event.
• Click "Go To Quest" and follow the quest.
• Enter The Cat's Tail and talk to Prince (the black cat on the bar).
• Complete the tutorial to permanently unlock the Genius Invokation TCG.

The Cat's Tail tavern is located in Mondstadt, close to the city's main gates. The easiest way to find the location is to follow the initial Battlefield of Dice, Cats and Cards quest pointer. 

The Cat's Tail tavern is located opposite the Souvenir Shop. It is covered in posters, but the entrance is a bit difficult to spot at first. Find the entrance to the side of the building, where you will see a sign with a cat on it.
