Genshin Impact Hues of the Violet Garden event - How to play, rewards, more

Genshin Impact continues to evolve with the release of the 2.6 update, trickling in plenty of new features and content. As per the official patch notes of the update, Genshin Impact 2.6 version will feature a brand new event called Hues of the Violet Garden, in which travelers will receive a different set of quests to organize the famous Irodori Festival. 

As always, players will receive various rewards upon completing certain tasks in the Genshin Impact’s Hues of the Violet Garden event. So without any further delay, here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming in-game event.

Genshin Impact Hues of the Violet Garden event - Schedule & eligibility

The Hues of the Violet Garden event will commence on 7th April and runs until 25th April in Genshin Impact. Similar to the other events, the Hues of the Violet Garden also come with specific eligibility criteria that players must meet before participating.

• Reach Adventure Rank 30 or above

• And complete the “Ritou Escape Plan” part of the Archon Quest: “Chapter II: Act I – The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia”

• *Complete Kamisato Ayato’s Story Quest “Cypressus Custos Chapter: Act I – The Firmiana Leaf Falls,” Raiden Shogun’s Story Quest “Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II – Transient Dreams,” and Sangonomiya Kokomi’s Story Quest “Dracaena Somnolenta Chapter: Act I – Warriors’ Dreams Like Spring Grass Renewing” first to best enjoy the event.

• If you have not completed Kamisato Ayato, Raiden Shogun, and Sangonomiya Kokomi’s Story Quests, you can enter the event through “Quick Start.”

Genshin Impact Hues of the Violet Garden event gameplay details

As we’ve mentioned earlier, the primary objective of this event is to complete the quests to help organize the Irodori Festival. As the festival progresses, four gameplay modes will be unlocked in sequence: 

• The Moon and Stars Inscribe

• Theater Mechanicus

• Clash of Lone Blades

• The Floral Courtyard
