The videos and websites offering the download links for Genshin Impact private servers either share the normal APKs or PC Client by adding the term private servers. Or, they share an injectable .exe file that does nothing but infects your system with viruses. 

Can You Mod Genshin Impact?

Yes! Despite being a live-service title, Genshin Impact has many mods players can manually install in the game. The most popular mod among all is the ReShade Graphics mods that allow players to use a myriad of Shaders, Screen Space Reflections, and other things to give Genshin Impact a more realistic look.

Will Your Account Get Banned for Using Genshin Impact Mods

While we haven't seen accounts get banned for using the Genshin Impact ReShade mod, we still don't recommend players altering the game files in any manner while logged in with your primary Genshin Impact account. 

Some players have reported that they got banned for using some of the fake Genshin Impact private server files. So, it's better not to experiment with your primary account. Instead, you can make an extra account and use it to install mods. So that, even if you get banned. It won't affect your main account. 

How are Players Able to Spawn Enemies, Items, and Other Things in Genshin Impact 

Every now and then, you may see leaks and short clips of players spawning multiple mobs, items, and other things by writing a particular command in the chat box. Well! Those are dev builds that allow players to do such actions.
