miHoYo has started taking applications for the Genshin Impact 2.6 beta, and here's how you can sign up for it.

How to sign up for Genshin Impact 2.6 beta

Genshin Impact 2.5 will be releasing in a few weeks, and miHoYo has already started recruitment for the patch 2.6 beta. Players who want to test out the upcoming content in the game, i.e. new characters, region, enemy fights and more, before they get released globally.

In addition to this, you will also be able to provide feedback to the developing team in case you face any bugs or issues while testing the new features out so that they can be improved to make the update ready to be pushed out. 

If you want to apply for the Genshin Impact 2.6 beta, here's how you can do it.

Before applying for Genshin Impact 2.6 beta, you need to make sure that you meet the requirements listed below to enter the beta version.

  • You must be a member of the Genshin Impact official discord server, and if you are not one of them, you can join it from here.
  • Your age must be over 18 while submitting the application form.
  • You must have valid and unexpired identification like a passport or driver's license while applying for the Genshin Impact 2.6 beta.

If you meet all the above-listed requirements, you can now apply for the patch 2.6 beta by filling up the Google form given by miHoYo. You will need to provide your full name, in-game username, government ID, UID, and more in order to apply.

If you are selected as a beta tester, you will have to sign an NDA, which means that you can't leak out the in-game content before a particular time and doing this will be a punishable task. This NDA will be sent to your registered email address given at the time of submitting the application.

The deadline to fill up the Genshin Impact 2.6 beta application form is 20th January, so make sure you apply for it as soon as possible. Also, make sure to recheck all the details before hitting the Submit button, as your mistake won't be rectified by anyone once the form is submitted.
