Genshin Impact 3.0 update is here with new quests, domains, regions, characters, events, and much more. Upon completing various quests, you can move one step ahead in unlocking the next part of the story and new rewards.

One of these is the Silent Seeker of Knowledge quest in which you will enter a strange domain and while completing it, you will come across "Investigate the Courtyard Far Down the Corridor" subquest and this is a part where travelers are getting stuck because of a puzzle.

If you are one of them, here's how you can complete this subquest and solve the puzzle.

How to Complete Investigate the Courtyard Far Down the Corridor Quest in Genshin Impact

Activate the domain to start Investigate the Courtyard Far Down the Corridor.

Once you activate the domain in Silent Seeker of Knowledge quest and enter it, the "Investigate the Courtyard Far Down the Corridor" subquest will begin.

Go forward through the stairs and you will reach a room. Go to the highlighted spot in front of you and match the two figures on the stone in front of you as mentioned in the image below.

After that, the door behind you will open up and from their you will have to follow the directions to complete the subquest and the domain.

After you complete this subquest, you will have to go to the upper platform where a cutscene will begin and you will have to fight Abyss Herald. So, make sure that you pick the suitable characters for your team before you enter the fight.

Since the Abyss Herald has Hydro attacks, we recommend picking up Cyro, Electro, and Pyro characters to defeat him quickly and proceed further in the quest.
