The Wanderer, aka Scaramouche, is one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact, especially after the 3.1 update. He will be a 5-star character, arriving in the 3.3 update, using a catalyst against the enemies, and contrary to previous leaks, he wields an Anemo vision. 

While HoYoverse has not announced much about his abilities, constellations, ascension materials, and more, Honey Impact, a reliable leaker, has revealed everything about him. How To Farm Wanderer's Ascension Materials and Talent Level-Up Materials

• Mora: You can farm it through Blossom of Wealth, completing daily commissions, events, and more.  
• Vayuda Turquoise Sliver: It is dropped by Anemo Hypostases and can be purchased from the Souvenir shop.
• Rukkhashava Mushrooms: It is found in Ashavan Realm and Lokapala Jungle.
• Old Handguards: It is dropped by Nobushi.
• Vayuda Turquoise Fragments: It is dropped by level 40+ Anemo Hypostases, or you can craft it using Vayuda Turquoise Sliver.
• Perpetual Caliber: It is dropped by level 30+ Aeonblight Drakes.
• Kageuchi Handguard: It is dropped by level 40+ Nobushi or can be crafted from Old Handguards.
• Vayuda Turquoise Chunk: It is dropped by level 60+ Anemo Hypostases, or you can craft it using Vayuda Turquoise Fragments.
• Famed Handguard: It is dropped by level 60+ Nobushi or can be crafted from Kageuchi Handguard.
• Vayuda Turquoise Gemstone: It is dropped by level 75+ Anemo Hypostases, or you can craft it using Vayuda Turquoise Chunk.
• Teachings of Praxis: It can be obtained by completing the Steeple of Ignorance domain on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Guide to Praxis: It can be obtained by completing the Steeple of Ignorance domain on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. It can also be crafted from the Teachings of Praxis.
• Philosophies of Praxis: It can be obtained by completing the Steeple of Ignorance domain on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. It can also be crafted from Guide to Praxis.
• Daka's Bell: It is dropped by level 70+ Shouki no Kami.
• Crown of Insight: It is a limited-duration event reward.
