GTA Online: Unable to Launch The Game, Please Visit Rockstar Games Support

Any new GTA Online chapter update comes with its fair share of new features - but some of them also come with their fair share of bugs. One error that players are getting in the San Andreas Mercenaries update, which released today, 13th June 2023, is "Unable to Launch The Game, Please Visit Rockstar Games Support." Those who are getting the bug tend to be using Epic Games to launch GTA Online.

If you're a dedicated GTA Online player, you're no doubt frustrated by this sudden error coming up after the San Andreas Mercenaries update. Here's what we know about it, and how you might be able to resolve it.

How To Fix GTA Online: Unable to Launch The Game, Please Visit Rockstar Games Support

The "Unable to Launch The Game, Please Visit Rockstar Games Support" error started popping up for many Epic Games users after the San Andreas Mercenaries GTA Online update.

Some users discussed the bug in the San Andreas Mercenaries Bugs thread on the GTA Online subreddit, explaining that they were not able to access the game using Epic Games. Still, others provided solutions, suggesting that players try checking for corrupt files or simply opening the game again.

"First time in years I pulled an all nighter to play the DLC and get the Unable to launch game. Please visit Rockstar Games Support," said Reddit user _Inner_Animal after they were unable to access the game.

"Try checking for corrupt files cuz it works great for me," said Reddit user Advanced-Ambition-97.

"Try now it just launched for me," said one Reddit user, with another confirming that just waiting it out worked for them.

The San Andreas Mercenaries update doesn't seem to be working with Epic Games for now, so players who use this platform will have to wait for a fix until they're able to play GTA Online unless one of the listed workarounds happens to work for them. This is a really frustrating bug that prevents a lot of hopeful players from playing this update on release day, so hopefully it'll be resolved soon.
