GTA Online Summer 2021 update: Release date, new cars, races, locations and more

Rockstar Games has officially announced the GTA Online Summer 2021 update that will add a lot of fan-requested additions, including new cars, robberies and more.

As always, the developers aim to make the game more enjoyable with the update in order to increase player engagement by improving the gameplay experience. Here are the complete details that are available regarding the GTA Online Summer 2021 update.

GTA Online Summer 2021 update release date

GTA Online Summer 2021 update will release by the end of May 2021 as per the official blog that quoted, “An assortment of new updates to both GTA Online and Red Dead Online are on the way throughout May and the summer months”.

However, there is no exact date or time announced regarding it, and the new content will keep dropping throughout the whole summer.

GTA Online Summer 2021 update features

The update will give players the opportunity to “test and show off their rides free from interference from authorities and other troublemakers.” In addition to this, a new underground car meet will be introduced along with brand new additions to the local racing scene. 

New Stunt Races

The update will bring eight new Stunt Races to the GTA Online Stunt Series on 27th May, which will give players a whole new thrilling experience.

New Arenas

A few days after the addition of new Stunt Races, seven new arenas will be added to the Deadline mode.

New Locations 

The popular Survival mode in the game will expand to new locations throughout Los Santos and Blaine County with the upcoming summer update. 

Rockstar Games will announce more details about the update in the upcoming days. In addition to this, the expanded and enhanced versions of Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online will release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on 11th November.
