During the Professor Weasley cutscene, she says, "My suspicion is that there’s more to the story than a search for belongings and an extended trip up to the castle." At this point, two options will be displayed on the screen: There is, in fact. and I’m afraid there isn’t.

If you select the first option, i.e., There is, in fact, then you will confess in front of Professor Weasley that you and Professor Fig explored ruins. Professor Weasley will not probe further and acknowledge that Professor Fig had valid reasons for keeping it under wraps.

If you opt to tell a lie and go for the second option, the conversation will take a different course. You'll inform her that there's no further discussion necessary regarding your arrival, and Professor Weasley will drop the matter, citing Professor Fig's words. In fact, electing the falsehood route will earn you recognition from Professor Fig for your skill in dodging queries and managing Professor Weasley.

Irrespective of your decision, Professor Fig will guarantee that Professor Weasley is an excellent instructor who doesn't need to be informed of all your activities. Thus, it's evident that the result will remain unchanged no matter what you disclose. Whether you're honest or deny everything, it won't impact the game's lore.
