Honkai: Star Rail features tons of amazing characters, and one which has piqued the interest of the player base is Fu Xuan. Fu Xuan is first met in the Xianzhou Luofu, where she works alongside Jing Yuan. Fu Xuan has no confirmed release date at the time of writing this but is expected to release sometime around Honkai Star Rail 1.3 or 1.4.

Best Light Cone

While not yet released, the best Light Cone for Fu Xuan will undoubtedly be the limited Event Light Cone that releases alongside her character banner, named Vision. Every limited character so far has released alongside a dedicated Light Cone banner which compliments their kit, so it is safe to say that Fu Xuan will be no exception. 

Vision Effect: 

Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 24%. Increases the Max HP of the wearer’s allies equal to 95 of the wearer’s Max HP. When entering battle, restores HP to all allies equal to 80% of the respective HP difference between the characters’ Max HP and current HP, as well as increases Effect RES of all allies by 12% for 2 turns.

Best Relics

Genius of Brilliant Stars is a great set for Fu Xuan which can boost her Quantum Damage. However, if you prefer your Fu Xuan to simply tank up attacks without dishing out much DPS of her own, Knight of Purity Palace is also a great choice. 

Genius of Brilliant Stars

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Quantum DMG by 10%.
• 4-Piece Bonus: When the wearer uses attacks an enemy, ignores 10% of the enemy's Defense. If the enemy has Quantum Weakness, ignores an additional 10%. 

Knight of Purity Palace

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Defense by 15%.
• 4-Piece Bonus: When the wearer creates a shield, it can absorb an additional 20% of damage. 

Fleet of the Ageless

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.

Belobog of the Architects

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's DEF by 15%. When the wearer's Effect Hit Rate is 50% or higher, the wearer gains an extra 15% DEF
