While not yet released, the best Light Cone for HuoHuo will undoubtedly be the limited Event Light Cone that releases alongside her character banner. Every limited character so far has been released alongside a dedicated Light Cone banner, which compliments their kit, so it is safe to say that HuoHuo will be no exception. 

Light Cone Effect: 

Increase energy regeneration of wearer by ?% and restore ?% of Max HP when casting skill. When the wearer provides healing to an ally, the ally ATK will increase by ?%. This effect will last for ? turns. 

Best Relics

Messenger Traversing Hackerspace is a great set for HuoHuo, which can increase her Speed, allowing her to get more heals out to the team efficiently. However, if you prefer to have more bulk on your HuoHuo, Knight of Purity Palace/Longevous Disciple is also a great choice. If your HuoHuo's heals are lacking, Passerby of Wandering Cloud is also decent.

Longevous Disciple

• 2-Piece Bonus:  Increases Max HP by 12%.

• 4-Piece Bonus: When the wearer is hit or has their HP consumed by an ally or themselves, their CRIT Rate increases by 8% for 2 turn(s) and up to 2 stacks.

Passerby of Wandering Cloud

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Outgoing Healing by 10%.

• 4-Piece Bonus: At the beginning of the battle, immediately recovers 1 Skill Point.

Belobog of the Architects

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's DEF by 15%. When the wearer's Effect Hit Rate is 50% or higher, the wearer gains an extra 15% DEF

Fleet of the Ageless

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.
