Best Light Cone

The best Light Cone for Yanqing is In the Night or Sleep Like the Dead. In the Night is Seele's event Light Cone, meaning it is not as easily accessible anymore for those who don't already own it. However, it provides a huge boost to your damage the more speed your unit has. Alternatively, Sleep Like the Dead is Yanqing's signature Light Cone, and also provides a huge boost to Crit Rate (allowing your build to focus more on raw DMG). 

In the Night

Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 18%. While the wearer is in battle, for every 10 SPD that exceeds 100, the DMG of the wearer's Basic ATK and Skill is increased by 6% and the CRIT DMG of their Ultimate is increased by 12%. This effect can stack up to 6 time(s).

Sleep Like the Dead

Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 30%. When the wearer's Basic ATK or Skill does not result in a CRIT Hit, increases their CRIT Rate by 36% for 1 turn. This effect can be only triggered 1 time every 3 turn(s).

Hunter of Glacial Forest (4-piece) is the best Relic set for Yanqing, but if you don't have it, you can go with Musketeer of Wild Wheat (4-piece).
