You can get Stellar Jade by completing story missions, daily training objectives, side quests, completing Simulated Universe missions, replying to companions' text messages on the phone, etc. 

You can also get Star Rail Special Pass by exchanging Undying Starlight. One Star Rail Special Pass requires 20 Undying Starlights. The only way to get these is by pulling 4-star or 5-star items in the Warp. 

There are several other ways to get Star Rail Special Pass as well. For instance, you can acquire a handful by progressing the game's premium battle pass.
