Horizon Burning Shores has been revealed at The Game Awards 2022! It's currently due to be released on 19th April 2023.
We’re thrilled to announce Burning Shores, our expansion to Horizon Forbidden West which sees Aloy pursue a sinister threat in the untamed wilds of Los Angeles, now a treacherous volcanic archipelago.
The trailer shows Aloy riding atop a Pterodactyl over the seas, and ends with a giant scorpion robot towering over Aloy. It's currently unclear as to whether the DLC will be similar in nature to Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds, but it's fun to think about the potential possibilities. Will be seeing Aloy take on brand new generations of cyborg dinosaurs.
