Epic Games have swerved away from the classic battle royale mode with the launch of LEGO Fortnite, a brand new survival adventure. One of the key aspects of LEGO Fortnite is making and using a variety of different tools. Pickaxes, shovels, swords and more are all essential for surviving in the game. They are so important a recent update increased the durability of both tools and weapons in LEGO Fortnite.

Since its launch, LEGO Fortnite players noticed that tools and weapons have had low durability. Fans sent Epic Games their feedback and on an X post, they shared that they are listening to the players.

Both weapons and tools now have had their durability increased by 30%, making essential items last a lot longer than normal. Note that existing weapons will appear to have a durability decrease to reflect this change. Although this durability update is big, there is still no tool repair or durability repair bench in LEGO Fortnite.
