Fans have been excited about all the updates and changes being introduced in LEGO Fortnite. There are a lot of different tools to make by using a lot of different materials. One of the more important resources for players to find are Cords. Here, we'll go over how to get Cords in LEGO Fortnite.

Finding Cords in LEGO Fortnite is not too difficult of a process but there are a couple of different steps that need to be taken. Players must first cut down a large amount of bushes to collect Vines which are the main resource needed to make Cords.

Once players have plenty of Vines, then they can go ahead and try to create a Spinning Wheel. The Spinning Wheel is the tool needed to turn the Vines into Cords. With that created, players can use that tool to turn the Vines into Cords and then use the Cords to make a variety of items.

Cords is an early-game material that will be very useful for players if they want to survive for as long as possible. The Cords can be combined with other items in the Workbench to create what is known as the Knights Shield, which is great for offering protection against enemies.

Players will have to put the Knights Shield on their off-hand to use it. With the assigned button, hold up the shield to protect against a variety of attacks. These are especially great for handling Rollers who quickly charge at players.
