All Record Locations in Lies of P

In Lies of P, there are a total of 16 Records, each allowing you to play a new melody that aids in restoring Humanity if you've lied too frequently. However, obtaining all the Records in a single playthrough isn't feasible for two primary reasons. Firstly, two Records are tied to Eugénie's story, with each being earned by selecting either a Lie or a Truth option. Consequently, you'll need a second playthrough to acquire the Record corresponding to the answer you didn't choose initially. 

Secondly, some Records can only be purchased from Wandering Merchants in New Game+ (unavailable in the first playthrough). Once you've collected all the Records, you must interact with the gramophone at Hotel Krat and play them all. You don't need to listen to each Record in its entirety; you can simply start one and immediately proceed to the next. • Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard (Feel): Speak to a woman in a lit window who asks you to retrieve her baby. Return the item to her and choose to lie or tell the truth about the baby's cuteness.
• St. Frangelico Cathedral Library (Divine Service): Talk to Sister Cecile and collect the Holy Mark, then defeat Fallen Archbishop Andreus and read Cecile's Written Confession.
• Malum District (Someday): Purchase it from the Wandering Merchant inside the Red Lobster Inn for 3,800 Ergo.
• Estella Opera House Entrance (Fascination): After giving Adelina the Actress a Red Apple, proceed through the Opera House and defeat the King of Puppets. Return to Adelina's room to collect this Record.
• Grand Exhibition Conference Room (Quixotic): Agree to give Gold Coin Fruit to the Red Fox and Black Cat.
• Hotel Krat (Why): Talk to Belle, assist her in finding her friend, and return to Hotel Krat. During the conversation, lie to her.
• Hermit’s Cave (Misty E’rA): Defeat an elite Decay enemy with a shield in the cave to obtain this Record.
• Hotel Krat (Far East Princess): Decrypt Alidoro’s Cryptic Vessel with Venigni's help and then talk to Eugénie, choosing to lie to her.
• Ascension Bridge (Memory of Beach): After defeating Laxasia The Complete, find this Record in Antonia's wheelchair.
• Ascension Bridge (Shadow Flower): After defeating Laxasia The Complete, enter Sophia’s bedroom and choose "Give her peace" to obtain this Record.

New Game+ Records: These Records can only be obtained in the second playthrough on New Game+.

• Cerasani Alley (Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1): Purchase it from the Wandering Merchant near Cerasani Alley's stargazer before defeating the Parade Master main boss for 6,000 Ergo.

• Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance (Fascination - Golden): Purchase it from the Wandering Merchant near Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance for 10,000 Ergo.
