Madden 22 TOTW 7 predictions ft. rookies, Kyle Pitts and J'Marr Chase, more

Offensive rookies have taken the NFL by storm and this week reflected it on the stat sheet as two members of the 2021 Draft class are bound to make Madden 22 Ultimate Team of the Week 7.
Madden 22 TOTW 7 predictions ft. rookies, Kyle Pitts and J'Marr Chase, more

Talent is never defined by age, and the NFL has set countless examples of that as the best player of all time is still playing at age 45 and doing it at an elite level leading the league in both passing yards and passing touchdowns.

The other side of the spectrum has capable exhibitors as well as there are some young bucks that are setting countless records and leaving memorable performances on the gridiron.

As for this week in our Team of the Week predictions for Madden 22 Ultimate Team, two rookies make our cut after being authentic playmakers on Sunday for their teams.

Chase went for over 200 receiving yards making him a candidate to Madden 22 Team of the Week 7

Just like we do every week we will update you whenever EA makes the official announcement, but we will go ahead to predict who will be part of it based on Week 6 individual performances and how those will affect their MUT best item.

TE Kyle Pitts - Atlanta Falcons

Rookie Premiere 86 OVR -> TOTW 88 OVR

The athletic tight end showed out against the Dolphins as the Atlanta Falcons are quietly pursuing a playoff spot. Pitts racked 163 receiving yards on seven catches in route of the Falcons’ victory 30-28.

WR J'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals

Rookie Premiere 86 OVR -> TOTW 92 OVR

Speaking of rookies, the Bengals first-round pick is still the frontrunner for the OROY award and his latest outing backs that claim. Chase went on to dominate a divisional foe catching eight passes for 201 receiving yards, becoming only the second player to do that feat this season.

HB Damien Harris - New England Patriots

Superstars 80 OVR -> TOTW 86 OVR

The Patriots’ running back showed his most effective version against the Jets as he averaged seven yards per touch and scored twice on the ground on a dominant performance of New England with a 54-13 score.

ROLB Jason Pierre-Paul - Tampa Bay Buccanneers

Most Feared 87 OVR -> TOTW 80 OVR

The Bucs’ pass rusher had a picnic on the Bears’ backfield as he tormented Justin Fields constantly sacking him twice and even forcing a fumble in a blowout win 38-3 by Tampa Bay.

MLB De'Vondre Campbell - Green Bay Packers

No item -> TOTW 80 OVR

What would be of life if we didn’t go a little crazy sometimes. Campbell doesn’t even have an item on Madden Ultimate Team as of now so he will be debuting with a TOTW version after racking 13 tackles to go along with two forced fumbles. I really can’t imagine a better presentation card to go and deal with EA sports for him to be part of the MUT universe.

Madden 22 TOTW Week 6 Challenges
Make sure to complete the TOTW challenges every single time as they will help you get TOTY tokens. (Picture: EA Sports)

Remember to complete each week’s solo challenges as they will grant you Team of the Year tokens that will be very useful at the end of the season to recruit one of those players.

Also, you will get an 88 OVR NCAT TOTW item if you complete each week’s 8 stars and that’s a very easy way to bolster your team without spending cash as you can get Cowboys’ WR CeeDee Lamb or Jaguars’ K Mathew Wright.

J'Marr Chase has been snubbed three weeks in a row by EA Sports

It has been really puzzling to see how EA Sports picks their players for the Team of the Week program, I mean, obviously, they did something right, but we always can find an argument for a better pick.

What really is baffling to me is how you can overlook a player like the Bengals' wide receiver J'Marr Chase, after the last three games where he's been averaging 6 catches and 153 yards per contest.

I guess there have to be reasons beyond performance because those numbers are the ones of a Rookie of the Year frontrunner.
