With a week remaining until the global release of Marvel Rivals on consoles and PCs, developer NetEase Games has kept players excited over the past few weeks with plenty of announcements and updates regarding the state of the game at launch and post-launch. With plenty of cosmetic skins to claim, new maps, and playable heroes to try their hand at, they've also confirmed that there will be additional ways for players to get more goodies to use in-game.

All Marvel Rivals Twitch Drops Rewards: Release Dates & Times

Developer NetEase announced that a new batch of Twitch Drops will be available during Season 1 for Marvel Rivals. While more details will be announced closer to the start of the testing period, they have confirmed dates and times for the next round of Twitch Drops so viewers can start claiming rewards.

According to a social media post, the launch day round of Twitch Drops will begin on 10th January 2025 at 12 am UTC and will remain active until 25th January 2025 at 11:30 pm UTC, in which they can claim unique items like cosmetic skins, sprays, nameplates and more. The developer has stated that "further details" will be made regarding Twitch Drops, for which we'll update this page once those announcements have been made

How To Claim The Marvel Rivals Twitch Drops Rewards?

Much like other notable games like Genshin Impact, Marvel Snap, Palia, and The Elder Scrolls Online, Marvel Rivals joins the roster of gaming titles to have Twitch Drops enabled. As for how to claim them, players are to link their Marvel Rivals and Twitch accounts to the official Marvel Rivals website by clicking on the "Twitch Drops" tab to begin syncing them.

Once the accounts are linked and authorized, they can begin watching a Twitch Drop-enabled stream for the allocated watch times between 10th and 25th January 2025 to meet the criteria. If they achieve this by tracking their progress via their Twitch account, they can claim the rewards in Twitch from the Twitch Drops Inventory page, and the rewards will be available when they log into the game.

As for rewards, they officially confirmed them and their requirements to qualify for each Twitch Drop item, which are as follows:

• Wave 1 – Watch an eligible broadcast between 10th and 25th January 2025 at 11:30 pm UTC to claim the following items:
  • Watch 30 minutes of a stream: Hela "Will of Galacta" Spray
  • Watch an hour of a stream: Hela "Will of Galacta" Nameplate
  • Watch four hours of streams: Hela "Will of Galacta" Costume

Remember that the rewards will be permanent on their account, but it remains if the game supports cross-progression across all platforms. It's already confirmed that cross-platform is being supported; however, crossplay is only supported on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles, according to the Developer Talk post.
