From Mojang Studios and Blackbird Interactive comes Minecraft Legends, a new take on the franchise that features action-strategy gameplay and base building, with both a campaign and a multiplayer experience. It is an exciting new title, to say the least, so many fans might be wondering if Minecraft Legends is on Xbox Game Pass.

This article explains if Minecraft Legends is on Xbox Game Pass as a Day 1 title, the platform availability, and how long we expect the game to stay on the subscription service.

As the piglins invade the Overworld, so does Minecraft Legends invade the Xbox Game Pass service on release 18 April 2023. To be abundantly clear, Minecraft Legends is on Xbox Game Pass as a Day 1 release.

This comes as no surprise, as the game is published by Xbox Game Studios.

Minecraft Legends Xbox Game Pass Platforms

Minecraft Legends is not an Xbox exclusive. In fact, the game is on all platforms, namely PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

In terms of platforms for Xbox Game Pass, Minecraft Legends is free for subscribers on PC, Xbox consoles, and via Cloud gaming. Other platforms will have to open their wallets, as this is not a free-to-play title.

How Long Will Minecraft Legends Stay on Xbox Game Pass?

There is no telling how long Minecraft Legends will be on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. Since the game is published by Xbox Game Studios, however, we suspect Minecraft Legends will stay on Xbox Game Pass indefinitely.
