Dragon Ball Super - Super Hero movie

After a successful release of the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie in 2018 (2019 in the US) the next drop has finally been unveiled. The upcoming movie is slated to be the first global release for Crunchyroll and the second film with the Dragon Ball Super, brand.

In a recent statement, Rahul Purini, the President of Crunchyroll said "For more than 30 years, the Dragon Ball franchise has delighted fans around the globe who have followed the world's greatest warriors who defend Earth from forces of evil. We're thrilled to partner with Toei Animation to bring fans the latest chapter of Dragon Ball Super to the legion of superfans eager to continue the adventure and to grow the anime audiences who are discovering it for the first time."

Dragon Ball Super - Super Hero movie release date

We now know the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie is set to be released in Japan beginning 11th June 2022. The movie will first release in Japanese theaters, before coming to North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East and Asia (excluding Japan) in both subtitled and dubbed formats throughout August 2022.
