Who Is Hikari In Octopath Traveler 2

Octopath Traveler 2 will transport players to the world of Solistia, where the stories of a group of eight diverse characters will have their stories converge. Each character has a unique background, exploring their motivations, goals, and abilities to help them along the way.

Hiraki Ku, prince of Hinoeuma, is an attack damage character who uses to acquire information and challenge anyone to a duel to gain new abilities. Learn more about the warrior prince, Hikari Ku, before selecting him as your protagonist in Octopath Traveler 2.

Who Is The Warrior Hikari Ku In Octopath Traveler 2?

Octopath Traveler 2 features eight playable characters, each boasting unique story quests, side quests, abilities, and Trophies/Achievements. One of the most significant differences between this game and Octopath Traveler 2 is that the characters will cross paths at a certain point in the game and can interact with each other.

One such character you can start your journey to Solistia is the warrior Hikari Ku, whose journey begins in Hinoeuma, a desert-covered region. As a young prince whose destiny is connected to his people and the suffering they incurred from war, you embark on a dangerous mission to restore peace to Hinoeuma.

This can be achieved by setting out to make alliances with neighboring regions in an effort to connect with "like-minded allies" to bring together a world without suffering and war. Likewise, Hikari boasts unique abilities and combat skills that will aid him during his travels through Solistia as he embarks on a mission for peace.

As mentioned before, Hikari is a warrior who utilizes various swords and polearms when in combat against enemies and monsters. His abilities and combat skills allow him to successfully restore peace to the world, which can be said of his Path Actions.

Hikari possesses two Path Actions, Challenge, and Bribe, which can be used during a particular time of day. Challenge lets Hikari battle against townsfolk and villagers in duels in which, if he wins, he'll acquire new skills to use in combat.

Bribe, which has a nighttime affinity, let's him bribe townsfolk and villagers with money for valuable information which can assist him in pursuing his cause. Depending on how much money will be spent to bribe someone is based on that individual and how valuable the information will be, so it's worthwhile being selective with the information you wish to seek for.

Hikari's Talent, Learned Skills, sees him acquire combat skills once he has defeated opponents, which can immensely help him defeat more powerful enemies. He also has an Ultimate ability or Latent Power called Shadow Power which sees an ominous shadow surrounding him, and he can use stronger abilities without it consuming Spell Power (SP).
