Hassian is one of the many Villagers players can interact with and become good friends with the Hunting Skill Guild Master in Palia. While he’s somewhat mysterious and standoffish in his demeanor, players can learn a lot about this hunter through his Friendship and Romance quests and a Discovery quest, The Secret Poet.

Palia The Secret Poet Quest Objectives List

The Secret Poet is a Discovery quest that players can receive from Hassian only after meeting its prerequisites. After learning that he keeps a poem book, he tasks players to find and collect several of his poems throughout Bahari Bay and gives feedback on his poetry writing abilities.

This quest will require players to have a specific Friendship Level with Hassian before it can be available for them to complete. Nevertheless, if they do meet the requirements, they can view below all the quest objectives to be completed for The Secret Poem Discovery quest in Palia:

How To Complete The Secret Poet Quest In Palia?

The Secret Poem Discovery quest will task players with finding Hassian’s three poem pages scattered through Bahari Bay. To receive this quest, they must reach Friendship Level 3 with Hassian to access Hassian’s Grove before finding him either in Kilima Village during the day or near Hideaway Bluffs in the evening.

After speaking to Hassian, he’ll deny owning a poetry book before helping him find the three missing pages from his book. These pages can be found in three different locations in Bahari Bay, namely Hideaway Bluffs, Pulsewater Plains, and Beachcomber Cove, which can utilize the Fast Travel Stable Boards to reach these locations faster.

The first poem page is located on a cliff southwest of Beachcomber Cove across from the Old Lighthouse, while the second page is also on a cliff in Pulsewater Plains. The final page is located south of the Hideaway Bluffs Fast Travel Stable Board before returning to Hassian with the collected poem pages.

Players will then provide feedback to Hassian regarding his poems, for which they’ll have three different dialogue options to choose from before the quest is completed. Upon completing this quest, they’ll improve their Friendship with Hassian and get five Renown as a reward.

Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
