This location is a busy nighttime escape and socializing hub where Zeki sells rotating rare items that may be deemed “illegal” in the Wares in Low Places quest.

This Friendship quest tasks players with finding the entrance to the Underground black market, but Zeki requires them not to speak about the Underground, the first rule of the Underground. The Wares in Low Places quest is a Discovery quest players can pick up after speaking to Zeki about the items he sells at his General Store. Zeki believes they’re uninterested in what he has to offer here, so he suggests they find secret locations in Kilima Village where they sell items and would be interested in buying precious items away from Eshe’s prying eyes.

This quest will lead players to the Underground black market; however, they must find its location before unlocking this marketplace. How To Complete The Wares In Low Places Quest In Palia?

As mentioned, this quest is connected to the Underground black market, where Zeki sells Rare, Epic, and Legendary quality items. This market only appears at a specific location during the nighttime hours and is where they can also find Reth’s bar and the arcade machine, which, when interacting with it, will transport them to The Tower obstacle course.

As there is an entrance to the Underground black market from the General Store by going behind the counter through the door and interacting with the loose book on the shelf, this won’t allow them to enter until they’ve located the other entrance. This entrance can be found by heading to The Sewers at Remembrance Beach, east of Remembrance Garden, to enter the Underground, and players can speak to Zeki.

Zeki will explain the intention behind setting up the Underground, where they can buy items using Gold that are in rotation and refreshes daily. To complete this quest, Zeki will hand them over a key to its entrance at his General Store, receiving a Pearl, 15 Renown, 200 Gold, and an improved friendship with him.

There is a third entrance to the Underground; however, this will remain locked until players complete a specific quest. They must improve their Friendship with Reth to receive the Friendship Level 3 quest, Piece of Cake, where they’ll get a key to Reth’s Storeroom, which needs to be unlocked to get the Mystery Cargo quest.
