Pokémon GO Safari Zone Singapore – All Special Research Challenges

Trainers worldwide have set foot in Singapore to attend Pokémon GO's next Safari Zone event this month. As the final Safari Zone before the Season of Light update concludes on 1st December 2022, Air Adventures is also making an appearance for the event's duration.

Nevertheless, with plenty of entertaining content to look forward to, the latest Special Research story is now live for Trainers to complete. We've detailed what Trainers need to know about the Special Research story for the Safari Zone: Singapore event for Pokémon GO.

All Pokémon GO Safari Zone Singapore Special Research & Rewards

The latest in-person event for Pokémon GO, Safari Zone, has arrived in Singapore, taking place at the Gardens by the Bay from 18th to 20th November 2022. For this specific in-person event, Trainers can participate in various activities, including Wild Encounters and Raids, with plenty of Research activities to enjoy.

According to notable Pokémon dataminer, Serebii, this includes an event-exclusive Special Research story available for the event's duration. Below, we've detailed Special Research tasks and their rewards to be earned during the Safari Zone: Singapore event in Pokémon GO:

Safari Zone: Singapore Special Research (1/2):

  • Transfer ten Pokémon: Incense x1
  • Evolve three Pokémon: Great Ball x100
  • Catch ten various Pokémon species: Rare Candy x5

Safari Zone: Singapore Special Research (2/2):

  • Capture a snapshot with your buddy Pokémon: Lucky Egg x1
  • Give your buddy Pokémon three treats: Great Ball x100
  • Play with your buddy Pokémon three times: Star Piece x1

Like with previous Special Research stories, each page has additional rewards you can obtain once all tasks from the page are completed. The first rewards page grants you one Super Incubator, one Fast Technical Machine (TM), and ten Golden Razz Berries.

Page two of the Special Research story, once completed, see you earning 30,000 Stardust, an encounter with Purrloin with the chance of being Shiny, and one Premium Battle Pass. Previously named Premium Raid Pass, this item allows you to redeem it against any Raid Battle or to unlock Premium rewards from the GO Battle League.

While there is an event-exclusive Field Research made available for the Safari Zone: Singapore event, details on its contents, including tasks and rewards, have yet to be revealed. In the meantime, various activities from the Air Adventures event run simultaneously with the Safari Zone: Singapore event.
