Booster Energy is an incredibly rare item in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet that can be used to power up Pokemon with certain abilities.

Booster Energy only works on Pokemon with the abilities Protosynthesis and Quark Drive. Using this item will increase the main stat of your Pokemon by 50%, and raise the second by 30%. Booster Energy is a single-use item, so once you use it, it will be gone from your inventory for good.

The item's in-game description reads: "An item to be held by Pokémon with certain Abilities. The energy that fills this capsule boosts the strength of the Pokémon."

How And Where To Get Booster Energy In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet

Unfortunately, Booster Energy is one example of an item that cannot be purchased in any shop in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Instead, you'll need to venture out and get this useful item on your own. Before getting it, though, note that you will need to complete the game in full.

Once you've completed Pokemon Scarlet or Violet, head to the end-game area called Area Zero. From there, make your way to the Zero Lab. In a nondescript pile of rubble outside the lab, you'll discover the Booster Energy and take it for yourself.

To use it, give it to any Pokemon with the aforementioned abilities to hold. They will immediately reap the benefits.
