How To Get Spiritomb In Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Spiritomb has always been a popular Pokémon ever since its debut in Generation IV. Not only is it the powerful lead Pokémon on Champion Cynthia's team, but a great reward for those who spent extended periods of time in the Underground. Fans of this mysterious Pokémon will be glad to know that you can capture Spiritomb in the Paldea region and add it to your team! However, that being said, Spiritomb is still just as elusive as it was in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, and you won't be stumbling across hordes of wild Spiritomb by chance.

That's where we come in. This article will cover how you can get Spiritomb in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet so you can start using it right away!

Spiritomb can be found in a few set locations across the Paldea region. Firstly, you can find Spiritomb South of Glaseado Gym on Glaseado Mountain. Spiritomb can often be found near ruins, so keep your eyes peeled for any ageing brickwork. You can also find Spiritomb at the northeasternmost point on Glaseado Mountain. It will be on a lower cliff edge about halfway down the mountain.

Finally, the last place to get Spiritomb is on the westernmost point of Glaseado Mountain, which bleeds into the Casseroya Lake region. Spiritomb has a chance to appear at the very top of the mountain. You should have no problem finding it here, as it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Spiritomb will only ever appear on its own, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled so as not to miss it. That being said, you can use Ghost or Dark-type sandwiches to increase the encounter rate of Ghost or Dark-type Pokémon, which will boost the odds of Spiritomb appearing on Glaseado Mountain.

If you are low on ingredients and don't enjoy the thought of scouring Glaseado Mountain to find a Spiritomb, you can always check Tera Raid Dens in your game or refresh available Tera Raids to join via the Poké Portal. Spiritomb can be found in Tera Raid dens at the same rate as any other Pokémon, so you might get lucky and be able to catch one with relative ease!

With no weaknesses other than Fairy, Spiritomb is a great Pokémon to add to your team. If it was good enough for Cynthia, you know it will be able to take you far on your adventure in the Paldea Region.
