The Handler Archetype in Remnant 2 is the most unique among all Archetypes because it's the only one that comes with a companion. Players who choose to play as the Handler will never be alone, as their faithful dog will accompany them to every battlefield. While the Handler is great for solo play, it's also a great choice for co-op, thanks to its wide array of utility Perks that heal and revive teammates quickly. All Remnant 2 Handler Archetype Skills

The Handler's skills are mainly about giving their Dog companion commands for dealing more damage to enemies and healing allies. Unlike the Challenger and the Gunslinger Archetypes, the Handlers don't boast skills that directly affect their character.

  • Guard Dog: A dog companion will follow the player. The Companion gains 15% increased threat and all damage to them is reduced by 20%. Single Press to command the Companion to engage enemies near the targeted location. Double Tap to command the Companion to return to the Handler and remains by their side. And lastly, Hold so that Howl reduces damage by 15% to all allies within 20m and the Companion generates additional threat. Lasts for 20 seconds.
  • Support Dog: A dog companion will follow the player. The Companion continuously heals allies within 3.5m for 0.25% of max health per second. Single Press to command the Companion to engage enemies near the targeted location. Double Tap for the Companion to return to the Handler and remains by their side. And lastly, Hold so that Howl grants 2% of max health per second and 25% increased movement speed to all allies within 20m. Lasts for 25 seconds.
  • Attack Dog: A dog companion will follow the player. The companion gains 20% damage. Single Press to command the Companion to engage enemies near the targeted location. Double Tap to command the Companion to return to the Handler and remains by their side. And lastly, Hold so that Howl increases damage by 20% for all allies within 20m. Lasts for 20 seconds.
