SCP 3008 is a popular survival horror game on Roblox, and keeping yourself alive is the name of the game. To do so, you'll need to build, eat, and drink. Since progression is so important in games like this, one of the most common questions first-time players ask is how to save.

How To Save Your Game In SCP 3008

Unfortunately, you can’t save in SCP 3008 either on console or PC; unlike most games, where you can save your progress and pick up where you left off, there’s no save feature whatsoever in SCP 3008. You can progress as much as you like in one session, but when you come back, you’ll have to completely start over. Your bases, inventory, and everything else will be reset.

Some players may be disappointed to hear that there is no save feature in SCP 3008 - especially if they've been working on a complicated build or have lots of cool items in their inventory - but unfortunately, this is the case for many Roblox games. For some, though, the lack of a save feature may make the game feel more fair, since no players can stock up on lots of resources over time and thus have much more strength than other players. Some fans have tried to get around this feature by trying to save on private servers. However, this is still not a feature even in private servers as of February 2024.

The best way to play SCP 3008 is to set aside some time to play, since you won’t be able to save your progress when you’re done. When you’re done playing, all your progress will be gone, so you’ll want to progress as far as you can in one session.

While there’s no save feature in SCP 3008, some players have proposed that developers add one, at least on VIP servers. This would allow players to take their progress from one session to another, and build huge bases over time. This feature isn't in the game yet, but it could be coming in the future, since Uglyburger still updates the game and the next update, v2.8, is sure to be a large one.
