The only way to obtain Monster Magnet in Blox Fruits is by speaking with Shark Hunter NPC. The merchant can be found on the new Tiki Outpost Island in the Third Sea through the first door on the left immediately after you enter the area.

To craft Monster Magnet, you'll need to farm the following raw materials in Blox Fruits:

• 2x Terror Eyes: It can be obtained by defeating the Terror Shark Raid Boss during the Leviathan Sea Event on the Tiki Outpost Island.
• 20x Fool's Gold: It is an uncommon material that can be obtained from different kinds of Sea Events
• 10x Shark Tooth: Players can obtain it by defeating sharks in the sea or by purchasing it from the Shark Hunter NPC for 500 Beli
• 8x Electric Wings: Electric Wings can be obtained by defeating the Thunderbird Mini-Boss during the Rough Sea Event on the Tiki Outpost Island.
