Unlock Sonic in Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator - Card location guide

SEGA joined forces with Gamefam to officially bring a Sonic The Hedgehog experience to Roblox earlier this year in the form of Sonic Speed Simulator, by far the fastest Roblox game around! New players, however, will only have their Roblox avatar to play with, and many are wondering how they can unlock and play with the iconic blue Hedgehog, Sonic.

In this guide, we tell you the exact location of the Sonic character card in Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator, and the requirements you will need to meet to unlock the character.

How to unlock Sonic in Sonic Speed Simulator

The process of unlocking Sonic as a permanent, playable character in Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator is a bit of a grind.

Players will need to reach at least level 25 so they are fast enough to unlock Sonic in Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator. 

In the game, the higher your level, the faster the max speed you can reach. You can level up by collecting coins and Chaos Orbs, simply enjoying the game as your Roblox avatar. We actually recommend level 27 or above to make finding the location of the Sonic character card easier.

Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator Sonic card location

Sonic’s character card is located in Green Hill, the first world of Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator. Its location, however, isn't easy to get to.

Once you reach level 25, start in the Green Hill location. From the spawn, head forward a bit until you see Omochao (a small blue robot) with a question mark over its head.

The NPC will tell you to look upwards. At this point, you will spot a big grind railing with the Sonic character card on top of it.

Thankfully, there's a big grassy loop next to it. Pick up some speed and run onto the grassy loop. Right when you make it to the top, turn left and jump onto the grind railing. 

At this point, the only thing left to do is to carefully make your way to the Sonic character card in Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator.

Once you've acquired the card, you can simply head to the character menu and select Sonic as a new playable character!
