Rocket League Battle of the Bulls: Matchups, prize pool, schedule, format and how to watch

The Rocket League and Automobili Lamborghini collaboration doesn’t stop at sponsorship and a bundle (which we are giving away, by the way).

Introducing the Battle of the Bulls, a series of five matches that will take place in between the third and final North American regional event, the Lamborghini Open.

From who’s competing and what they are competing for to where, when and how to watch, here’s everything you need to know about the Rocket League Battle of the Bulls.

Rocket League Battle of the Bulls format

The Rocket League Battle of the Bulls will have a 1v1 best of one format. All five matches are individual and will run under this format.

The Rocket League Battle of the Bulls will go from Day 1 to Day 3 of the Lamborghini Open, with two matches on the 23rd, two matches on the 24th and one final match on the 25th of April.

The Rocket League Battle of the Bulls will host the following matches from the 23rd to the 25th of April:

• FaZe Clan’s Austin "AYYJAYY" Aebi vs. Ghost Gaming’s “LionBlaze”
• Aether’s Dylan "eekso" Pickering vs. Gabriel "OSM" Sindri Benediktsson
• Season 7 World Champion Kyle "Scrub Killa" Robertson vs “Ashllxyy”
• Dignitas’ Jack "ApparentlyJack" Benton vs. Joris "Joreuz" Robben
• Team Vitality’s Victor "Fairy Peak!" Locquet vs. Khalid "oKhaliD" Qasim

Rocket League Battle of the Bulls prize pool

The Rocket League Battle of the Bulls will have $5,000 go to the winner whilst the loser walks out with only $1,000. Not too shabby for a loss, to be honest.

The Lamborghini collaboration came at a great time with the start of the speed-race-themed Season 3 where NASCAR and Formula 1 are set to make an appearance in-game in May.
