While no official release date has been revealed, Konami has announced that the Silent Hill Ascension release date will be in 2023.
The event is stated to be "a new kind of Silent Hill" by the CEO of developer Genvid, Jacob Navok. Joined by Bad Robot Games, Behavior, and DJ2 Entertainment, Navok is responsible for creating "a whole new experience" for Silent Hill fans everywhere.
JJ Abrams also added that the event will be "a live, real-time interactive series." Essentially fans will be able to watch the story play out on screen and influence the choices made by the protagonist.
