If you wish to unleash pure carnage against mutants and cannibals, you'll first need to find its hiding spot on the island's west side. More specifically, you'll need to find the cave closest to the ocean before you can begin the quest for locating the chainsaw.

Head inside the cave and follow the narrow path straight into a bunker before going left down the corridor until the end. Make a right turn into a sleeping area where you'll need the VIP keycard to unlock the door before entering what appears to be the hotel location.

Navigate the gym area, make a left, and continue walking through this area, passing through the next area until you've located a set of glass doors. You'll find yourself in a reception area and take the stairs on the right going up to a pool area before reaching another set of doors requiring the VIP keycard right from the pool.

Use the VIP keycard once again and keep moving down the corridor and down the stairs before heading left and finding a door on the left side of the room. You will have entered the theater room, where you'll find a body resting on a bean bag with a chainsaw in its hand.
