Chicory is one of these plants that has an added benefit when combined with other plants to make health packs that can replenish your stats when they’re low.

How To Get Chicory In Sons Of The Forest?

Chicory is a herbaceous plant with white petals, green leaves, and stems that can grow in specific areas of the island map. This plant is safe for consumption and can be grown in a planter if you gain seeds from harvesting the plant.

Finding the chicory plant will have you traveling to the island's southwest side and locating the waterfall coffins to begin your search. Be careful, as there is a cannibal camp nearby, which you can attempt to raid for valuable resources, including the skin pouches.

Once you’ve reached the bottom of the waterfalls, search the area nearby until you’ve spotted the chicory plant, which you can harvest and find some seeds if you’re lucky enough. Additionally, you can find some blueberry plants in this area, which should give some health and energy once eaten.

It’s also been reported that some chicory plants spawn nearby the large cannibal camp on the northern side. It’s relatively close to the underground hotel bunker cave entrance, which you can use as a reference point.

How To Use The Chicory Plant In Sons Of The Forest?

More importantly, Chicory is one of the essential items required to make the Energy Mix, and eating this will give your character more energy to perform various tasks. You’ll need Arrowleaf and combine the items from the inventory’s crafting mat to make this consumable item.

You can also make the Energy Mix+, which gives you more energy than the Energy Mix once made. Mix Chicory, Fireweed, and Devil’s Club at the crafting mat to produce as many of these packs as possible with the number of resources available.
