Ubisoft released the much-anticipated Star Wars Outlaws Story trailer, which accompanied new game details and a release date of August 2024. Some new information includes pre-order details, game editions, and a confirmed Season Pass available for select game editions.

Star Wars Outlaws Season Pass Release Date & Time
Following the release of the Story trailer for the upcoming action-adventure game Star Wars Outlaws on 9th April 2024, the trailer features critical details surrounding the game's release. This included pre-order information, bonuses, and a Season Pass, which has caused controversy about whether a single-player experience needs this feature available for the Gold and Ultimate editions only.
Nevertheless, the Season Pass is expected to be available on the game's launch date of 30th August 2024 and, as mentioned, is exclusively available for the Gold and Ultimate editions. These editions are available for pre-order from the Ubisoft Store or other dedicated storefronts like the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store and can be accessed via the Ubisoft+ service.
Star Wars Outlaws Season Pass Content & Features
Ubisoft has outlined what players can expect from the Season Pass should they pre-order or purchase it via the abovementioned storefronts or from Ubisoft+. The Season Pass will include two "narrative expansions," which will be available following its release, containing new stories, missions, and locations that will continue expanding Kay's journey.
The dates as to when these DLCs will be released have yet to be confirmed, but it states that they will arrive post-launch. Speaking of quests, a new exclusive quest will be available in-game at its launch featuring Jabba the Hutt.
This exclusive quest sees Kay accept a mission from Jabba. She has to locate ND-5 as he apparently has a debt to be paid, which Jabba intends to collect. Lastly, new cosmetic items from the Kessel Runner Character Pack are included in the season for Kay and her companion, Nix.
Not to be confused with the Kessel Runner Bonus Pack, the game's pre-order bonus pack, the Kessel Runner Character Pack adds different cosmetic items they can equip to these characters. It's unclear how many cosmetic items will be featured in this pack for each character, so we'll update this guide once more information is available or provided.
