There are several different methods to getting cloth in Stardew Valley, though some of them are more efficient and reliable than others. It's a good idea to familiarize yourself with the various ways you can get Cloth, so you can decide which one is best for you. You can always use a combo of these methods to maximize the amount of Cloth you get.

Recycle Soggy Newspapers

Mummy enemies have a pretty high Cloth drop rate - at 20% - so killing a few of them is a good way to get some Cloth. Mummies can be found in the Skull Caverns.

How To Use A Loom In Stardew Valley

The final and most useful method to getting cloth in Stardew Valley is to use a Loom. When you use a loom, you're in control of how much Cloth you're making, so you don't have to rely on random chance.

A Loom can be crafted after you reach Farming Level 7 using 60 Wood, 30 Fiber, and 1 Pine Tar.

Once you have a loom, you can place one piece of Wool into it to receive 1 Cloth (or, you have a chance to receive 2 Cloth if you use quality Wool). The Loom will take 4 hours to turn the wool into cloth.
