How To Remove Traits In Starfield
You can remove Traits in Starfield by speaking to the associated NPC. For instance, to get rid of the Introvert Trait, you have to speak to Andy Singh in the House of Enlightened, which you can find in the Well area of the New Atlantis City.

Are Traits Replaceable In Starfield?
No, you can't replace Traits in Starfield. Once you remove them, they are gone permanently. As much as we would have liked to transition from being an Introvert to an Extrovert through our journey, sadly, it isn't possible.
