Looking for all the Stray codes or passwords players need to find to progress through the game's story chapters? You've come to the right place.

From developer BlueTwelve Studio and publisher Annapurna Interactive, Stray puts players in the paws of a feline protagonist, a stray cat, on a quest to untangle an ancient mystery in a "long-forgotten" cybercity and get back to its family.

During this journey, gamers on PC and PS4/PS5 will have to find a few codes to further progress in the story, and this guide has you covered.

All Unlock Codes in Stray

First and foremost, it is important to note that Stray's codes are not randomly generated. Therefore, the unlock codes during Stray's story, as outlined in this guide, should work for all players.

Before we get to the codes you need to find in Stray, be aware that below the image of Murtaugh, the inspiration for Stray's pawed protagonist, lays spoilers, as we also outline where you can use the codes during Stray's story.

Find the codes in Stray below to unlock important doors and a safe entered using a terminal.

  • Stray Chapter 3 The Flat Code - 3748 (door unlock code)
  • Stray Chapter 4 The Slums Code - 1283 (safe unlock code)
  • Stray Chapter 6 The Slums Part 2 Code - 2511 (secret lab unlock code)

Codes in Stray are generally not that difficult to find, but with our guide, you are all set.

As you can see, we've tried to keep this as spoiler-free as possible. These unlock codes in Stray are either needed to progress the story or, for example, in the Slums (Chapter 4). This code is required to get all eight music sheets.
