Stray - How To Unlock All Hidden Achievements On Steam

If you've been playing Stray since its initial release, then you've likely come across a few of the achievements/trophies available in the game. One of them is easier to find and come across more clearly as collectibles to receive rewards, such as the Stray Badge locations or the Music Sheet locations; however, the game also features an additional 11 hidden achievements.

If you want to know how to unlock these hidden Steam achievements/Playstation Trophies, then you're in the right place. Below we've put together a quick guide on helping you unlock all 11 of the hidden achievements in Stray.

Stray - How To Unlock All Hidden Achievements On Steam

Before jumping into our list of the hidden achievements you can find in Stray, we recommend playing throughout the game at your own pace and enjoying all it has to offer. As collecting the achievements might involve spoiling certain parts of the game for you.

Stray features a list of Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze achievements/trophies, and among these, 11 trophies are hidden and are found off the beaten path. So below, we have listed each of the 11 hidden trophies you can find in the game.

Sneakitty

This achievement can be unlocked during Chapter 10 and has players use the sneaky tactics available to the feline main character of Stray. You are required to sneak past 15 sentinels in the factory who are flying around and using blue searchlights to spot you.

If the searchlights turn yellow or red, then it means you have been detected, and getting the Sneakitty achievement becomes impossible. So you'll have to restart from a checkpoint and try again until you can successfully sneak past 15 of them to get the Sneakitty achievement.

Can't Cat-Ch Me

To get this achievement, you need to use your agility and speed effectively to avoid the bugs in Chapter 2. If the bugs catch or cling to you, you will see the prompt to shake the bugs off, and from here, you'll be unable to get the achievement, so this will be your cue to restart and try again.

To successfully avoid them, try your hand at moving in a criss-cross pattern as you avoid them and avoid obstacles that can stop or slow your movement. After some trial and error, you will eventually receive the Can't Cat-Ch Me achievement.

Scratch

This is a more straightforward achievement to unlock during Chapter 10, as it requires you to head to the nightclub and find a record lying on one of the tables. Take the record to the main stage, and place it on the record player, then interact with it to scratch the vinyl, which unlocks the Scratch achievement.

Missed Jump

This achievement is far easier to collect than most. It can be unlocked in Chapter 2, and all you will need to do is exit the sewers and enter the city, and you will automatically gain the Missed Jump achievement.

Pacifist

The Pacifist achievement can be unlocked in Chapter 8, and true to its name, it requires that you act passively by not hurting or killing anything. In this case, we're referring to not killing any of the glow-eyed bugs in this chapter using the violet flashlight.

This can be tough as it's easy to accidentally kill some of the bugs when using the flashlight, so just be careful when making your way through the area. Once you do so without killing any of the bugs, you will gain the Pacifist achievement.

Not Alone

This achievement is unlocked naturally as you progress throughout the game and is gained during chapter 3. The moment you meet the B-12 droid robot for the first time, you will unlock the Not Alone hidden achievement.

Cat Got Your Tongue

During Chapter 4, you will naturally unlock this achievement as you play the game by having the B-12 droid translate any of the robots. So once you speak to your first robot and the droid translates it for you, you unlock the achievement.

Al-Cat-Raz

This is arguably the easiest hidden achievement of the game and requires no special tricks to perform. During the first part of Chapter 11, you can get the Al-Cat-Raz achievement by going to jail at the beginning of chapter 2, unlocking the achievement automatically.

Catwalk

You can unlock this achievement during Chapter 10 by simply discovering Midtown. So as soon as you reach the street decorated with neon lights to enter it, you will receive the Catwalk achievement.

Eye Opener

This is another achievement you gain naturally as you progress through the game until the end. During Chapter 12, you will need to open the city after completing the game once, and you will automatically gain the Eye Opener achievement.

I Remember!

This final achievement can be unlocked when you gather all B-12 memories. To unlock these, you will need three Energy Drinks, which are also requirements for getting all the music sheets as well.

From there, you can pat yourself on the head and let out a celebratory meow for discovering all of the hidden Steam achievements available in Stray.
