Best Texas Chain Saw Massacre Killers - Family Tier List

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre game introduces a number of the Slaughter Family members, including Leatherface, The Cook, The Hitchhiker, Sissy, and Johnny. Each of these characters has a special ability that makes them stand out from their peers; using these powers harmoniously and working together as a team is key to winning any match. However, some Slaughter Family members in TCSM have an edge over the others thanks to the strength of their abilities and maybe a greater asset to the team overall.

Texas Chain Saw Massacre Slaughter Family Ranked: Tier List

We've organized our TCSM Slaughter Family tier list from S tier to B tier, with the S rank featuring the strongest Family members and the B tier containing those Family members that might be a little weaker and require a skilled player to make the most of.

S Tier

Leatherface

Given his status as a horror icon, it makes sense that Bubba is the only Slaughter family member to fall into our S tier. While Leatherface needs to rely on the help of his teammates to locate survivors, he makes up for that with his wide array of strengths and his mobility. He's not only able to take down Victims with ease using his Chainsaw, but he's able to turn it off to stealthily approach. All in all, he's a great example of a well-rounded Slaughter Family member.

A Tier

The Cook

The Cook is an excellent Harvester and can easily level up Grandpa, making him a great asset to the team. That said, he can't do much on his own thanks to his lack of mobility; he'll need the help of other Family members to effectively physically take down Victims. He can always help his team find said Victims using his helpful tracking abilities, so, overall, he's definitely a character worth playing, but he can't do it all on his own.

The Hitchhiker

The Hitchhiker is a relatively strong Slaughter family member thanks to his Trap ability; not only can he use these to hinder Victims throughout the match and identify their current locations, they're also a great way to prevent Victims from escaping at the end of a match.

B Tier

Sissy

Sissy uses poisons to deliver a variety of effects on Victims, but she doesn't hold enough of them to make as much of an impact throughout the match as other Slaughter family members. There are also several counters to her abilities, meaning that she's one family member that finds their place in the B tier for now.

Johnny

While Johnny is excellent at tracking Victims, he doesn't have much else going for him;  he's not good at chasing Victims down. Johnny is a character that's worth playing if you're interested in tracking down survivors' locations and communicating them to your team or closing in tight gaps on Victims, but he doesn't shine much otherwise.

Who Is The Best Family Member In Texas Chain Saw Massacre?

The best Texas Chain Saw Family Member in our opinion is Leatherface. His chainsaw is extremely powerful, especially when equipped with the game's best loadout and add-ons. However, all Family Members stand out in their own ways, so it's important to try out a few of them and figure out which one you like playing most.
