Are you curious to know when the next Division 2 season kicks off? The Division 2's Year 5 has been pretty solid so far, thanks to the addition of the new rogue-lite mode Descent and the Manhunt missions in Season 1 Broken Wings.

However, Ubisoft has announced that moving forward, it's changing the duration of Division 2 seasons. So when exactly will the next Division 2 season start? More importantly, what should you expect from it? Continue reading to find out more about the upcoming Division 2 Season. 

When Will The Division 2 Year 5 Season 2 Start?

Year 5 Season 2 of The Division 2 will start sometime in October of 2023. Ubisoft announced recently that it was increasing the duration of Division 2 seasons from three to four months, as it would allow the team to invest more time into making technical improvements to the game alongside new seasonal content. It also means that, from now on, Division 2 will only get three seasons every year instead of four. 

What To Expect From The Division 2 Year 5 Season 2?

The Division 2 Year 5 Season 2 is called Puppeeteers and will focus on the Black Tusk faction. Sadly, that's all the info there is about it right now. Ubisoft tends to reveal the season roadmap closer to its launch, so more info should arrive in the coming weeks. We will update this article once that happens.
