The best way to fix this error is to install the Unification patch from Nexusmods. As the name suggests, the Unification patch unifies the game's base version with the mods to make them work coherently. Installing this should fix the script compilation error in The Witcher 3.

If the error persists, you may have to uninstall one of the mods that are causing the problem. Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell which mods are at fault, so you have to uninstall all of them or go for a trial-and-error approach.
