Twitch streaming sensation Félix xQc Lengyel has signed up with Luminosity Gaming and is set to judge the Rising Stars challenge.

Félix "xQc" Lengyel is one of the biggest Twitch stars out there, a former Overwatch pro, and even recently reached the 1 million subscribers milestone on YouTube. Now, the global esports organization, Luminosity Gaming, has announced xQc is joining their ranks.

xQc is joining the ranks of Luminosity Gaming as a content creator, among other stars already part of the organization, such as Anomaly and LEGENDALEY, to name but a few.

Luminosity Gaming revealed xQc joining the organization on Twitter.

Félix "xQc" Lengyel is one of the biggest streaming stars in the world, and his wealth of knowledge of esports, streaming and gaming, in general, is without question.

This is likely why as one of his first tasks with Luminosity Gaming, xQc will be judging the Rising Stars challenge. 


What is the Rising Stars challenge

The Rising Stars challenge is a five-week event which will prospective streamers and content creators from across the globe fight for their chance at the $100,000 Luminosity Gaming sponsorship deal.

Judges, including xQc, will sift through the contestants, alongside Twitch viewers. Best of all, anyone can enter by submitting a 2-minute clip on the Rising Stars website

Luminosity Gaming explains: "40 contestants will be selected to audition live on Twitch. Our judges and the Twitch Audience will then vote the top 8 contestants on to the next round. 3 Contestants will go to the finals and one eliminated contestant will be voted back into the finals by the audience."

The finals will be held during EGLX Digital from 10th to 13th November 2020. You can watch the action unfold live on the LGLOYAL Twitch channel.
